“ I think this is the best gelato place in Ottawa. It's real gelato! And in the heart of downtown! The atmosphere is great the service is great and so many delicious options. We tried the Ferrero Roche, pistachio, and bueno flavours. Great and fast service. Definitely going back. ”
“ They have multiple options in gelatos. These are homemade and with less sugar, vegan options available. Must try for gelatos.10/10 ”
“ Picture: small cup of pistachio and Oreo gelato The gelato was excellent, the pistachio was so creamy and tasty. I also got to taste their dark chocolate vegan gelato as well and normally I don't like chocolate frozen treats but that was very tasty. I also got a carrot cake to go for later and that wasn't as good. It was very dry. I took 1 star off Food for the cake. I specifically loved the gelato, I will be coming back for it again. ”
“ Loved their ice creams. Very clean, spacious place to dine in, lots of flavors and options to choose from and friendly staff. One of the rare places to find light snack (sandwiches, prepared fast food) hot and cold drinks as well as ice creams all at one place! So far, loved their pistachio, mango and raspberry flavors. Will definitely visit again and try new flavors. Ask for a sample if you can’t decide what to order. It’s a bit pricey but their scoops are big. ”
“ Wonderful double espresso to go. My husband also enjoyed a croissant with salami and cheese. Friendly service and quick. ”
“ Casa di Moni Gelato is a delightful destination for anyone seeking top-notch gelato! The flavors are fantastic, showcasing a perfect blend of quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. The gelato delivers a rich, creamy texture and a burst of flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. While the price is slightly on the higher side, the generous portion sizes and the friendly, attentive staff make it well worth the cost. ”
“ After a 6-hour drive to Ottawa, I needed a late-night pick-me-up. The staff recommended the pistachio iced latte—and it absolutely hit the spot. Running on 3 hours of sleep in 24, it gave me the boost I needed. Check it out if you’re near ByWard Market. ”
“ Located in the heart of Byward market, inside the multilevel parking lot. Great place for after hour coffee, dessert and gelatos. Simple decor with many faux plants dotted thru out. Service was friendly and prompt as not many people in the location. Had creme caramel and it was slightly curdy and not creamy smooth as all so . Coffee was weak. Probably not for those who like coffee but for late hour is good because it is weak. Cafeteria style so get your food at counter but they do serve to your table it the prep time is longer than expected. ”
